Yes, once the New York studio has finished verifying the order, the item(s) corresponding to your order will be shipped from The  P e r p u r a  Spaces in Paris, Milan, London, or Florence to the Shanghai studio. After a secondary verification at the Shanghai studio, the package will then be dispatched to your shipping address.

Due to the limited nature of our collections. We do not offer any return or exchange policy, unless the product itself has a quality issue.

Each garment comes with a detailed care card. In general, we recommend dry cleaning for wool and silk pieces, and cold hand wash for linen.

Please note that our studio serves solely as our corporate office and does not engage in production or fabrication. As such, it remains closed to the public. Access to The Perpura Spaces is available by appointment only for clients who have attained a specific circle level.

This is handled on a case-by-case basis. You may make changes as long as the order has not been confirmed. Once we have received your email confirmation, the order becomes final and cannot be altered.
